Effectively dead, all the developers have been run out of the Labs and/or are on display at Google. Plan 9 from User Space — Plan 9 userspace ported/imitated for UNIX (specifically OS X). 9legacy — David du Colombier’s cherry picked collection of patches from various people/forks to Bell Labs Plan 9.
