摘 要
21世纪是知识经济时代,知识与财富成正比例增长,并且知识的更新非常之快,需要企业不断地学习新知识、丰富员工的知识储备,提高员工素质。加强对员工的培训,不仅可以提高员工的专业技能与综合素质,使员工能够出色的完成工作任务,而且还可以从数量、质量、结构上为企业的经营与发展提供人员保障和人才储备,形成企业人力资源优势,确保企业的可持续发展。
员工培训与企业战略是协同一致的,是知识经济时代的企业基本性、战略性行为。员工培训关注的是员工本人素质和能力的提高,而员工自身素质和能力的提高是为组织目标的实现服务,这就将员工和企业的发展绑在了一起,同时也将员工培训的地位提升到了战略的层面。同时,随着学习型组织理论的普遍应用,创建学习型企业,鼓励员工不断学习,更新知识结构,提高自身素质,最大限度地发挥自己的潜能,既是企业参与知识经济时代竞争的必然选择,也是其在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要保证。培训的最终目的是提高每个员工的综合素质,是在企业中形成一种自主学习的气氛,一种难以动摇的企业学习风气,把企业建设成学习型企业。因此,应当战略地看待员工培训,战略性实施企业员工培训。
本文根据某家具公司的经营管理特点,分析公司员工素质存在的不足之处,提出通过员工培训提高员工素质,满足公司持续发展需要。有效的员工培训不仅要建立科学的员工培训机制,还应该根据公司实际情况,形成独特的培训理念,明确公司培训的侧重点,从而提高企业员工的素质,达到提高组织内部成员的效率和业绩的目的,最终建立学习型组织,促进企业的发展。
