There's about a mouth.At first , I 'm assigned to a company to do plane design.I need study   some very basic office work.I have got to make some copies to hand out. and   do some easy   typesetting
Because I do that in school   all the day.So I want find a company that test images and graphic design.Solid my foundation.To be a perfect skills.Talking all factors into consideration.So, i have to capitalize on the opportunity.It's very important for me.In my limited time, i must   in order to deeply understand the knowledge what i study in school.To search out my own shortcomings and to correct them.
On the first day.I don't know what can i do in the company.I'm ready to help but not know how to do.So i just go everywhere to watch what are my colleagues doing. Then the boss in company told me .I can start with the basic training to making playbill use photoshop and illustrator.
.In the first week.The groundwork is a sour job.But like study the new knowledge.The fundamentals are very important.So i think life is a sum of all your choices.A fortnight passed in a flash, I'm come into contact with new   working content.It is more fast than I expected.But My workload has been very heavy recently.I need to proficiency in Adobe    software (AI.PS.DW.FL.)I have to conduct engineering design,: package design, poster, pamphlet;biding, various tables and forms and web design.But i'm not good at background program.I finished the work with the help of the coworker.they are good partners.It let me save much time.Some times,my boss just give me a creative center.I must do this task all by myself.How to   design the product.and show it to customer.That is a tremendous challenge to me.All together,i understand,it's also   a real test for me.I must do my best to fulfil the task.
Over the case in this month.It let me know,even i finish my college.There are many things we do not yet understand, and we are inexperienced.Therefore, we should study and work hard.In knowledge, skills, communication and interpersonal and communication,i also gain a lot.Moreover,it let me acknowledge my shortcomings.And i have motivation to correct my shortcomings in work.The   most   important thing is ,What is to be done and what i want.
