With Paul in the bottom 3 this week, it is time for us to step up the voting! Here are some tips I've gathered through my years of hardc0re fanning.

1. When calling in your votes: If you are voting using a landline or cell phone, vote the entire two hours. If you can only devote one hour, or thirty minutes to voting consider voting during non-peak hours. This means the second hour of voting in order to get the most votes in. You do not have to listen to the entire "thank you" message for your vote to count. As soon as you get through, hang up and redial! If you have a cell phone and landline to vote with, try doing both at the same time. While one phone connects, dial the other.
2. Texting with AT&T: this is BY FAR the most effective way of voting. As soon as you know what Paul's number are, pre-program your phone. Figure out what the fastest way to text with your particular handset. If you know someone that has AT&T and you don't consider borrowing their phone to vote, bribe them baked goods.
3. Facebook/online voting: Go to americanidol.com after the show ends on the east coast and cast your votes by logging in with your facebook account. Voting stays open for two hours after the hawaii broadcast, so you have a large window duing which to get your 50 votes in. If you vote using one of the other methods, add 50 to your tally by voting online outside of your voting window.
