winpcap 3.1 is already installed on this machine the installation will be aborted
这是什么意思？
是说这个软件已经安装在此计算机上了？还是说此软件禁止被装在该计算机上？

          a previous version of winpcap has heen detected on this system and cannot be removed because in use by another application , please close all the winpcap-based applications and run the installer again.
          this installation will nwabort
