Nobody is at fault, for me losing the title, for me defending, for me doing what I have to do or had to do at the moment as a champion. I would preferred a different time, a different place to defend my title. But, the boss wanted uhm, wanted me to defend the title that night, and that’s exactly what I did. I didn’t win. It wasn’t pretty…but, again, ugh, that rematch is gonna come. And when it comes, it’ll be a different story. First, we have to find out who the true champion is gonna be, and that will be set in stone at Summer Slam. I’m asking, that…I’m demanding that I have my rematch the following day, August 15, when Raw steps into my home town, San Diego, California, in the 619. That’s exactly where I want my rematch.
