During the summer months,
the monastery is visited by thousands of people who cross the pass in cars. The
dogs are kept in a special enclosure because there are so many people about. The
temperature drops to -30℃
in winter so there are few visitors and this makes monks prefer the winter
season. Dogs are free to wander outside in winter. Parties of skiers regularly visit
the monastery in winter only stay at certain times and they are warmly
welcomed.

Riding is good for us.Though the life is quicker and quicker now,we can't replace riding by driving cars.There are some reasons.Firstly,cars,it seems,make the condition of the air worse and worse.Since human began to use big machines like cars,acid rains had appeared more often and the weather had been getting warmer.Secondly,so long as almost every one used car instead of bike,traffic jam happened more often.This can also make the air pollution more seriously.Thirdly,riding bicycles can lead us to a low-carbon life.A low-carbon life not only means the reducing of polluting,but also the saving of energy.Imagine our children's sadness when we left a polluted and no energy earth to them!Finally,so long as you ride bicycles instead of using cars,you will get a good state of body.It will be fortunately for us that many people begin riding after my speech.Thank you.
