1 准备材料(洋葱和西兰花一定要放)

2 猪排洗净用刀背拍松

5 锅置火上油烧热,放入胡萝卜块、土豆块、洋葱片翻炒

6 倒入清水,没过蔬菜就好,大火烧开后转小火,盖上锅盖煮制

7 待所有材料软烂,且汤汁收去一半时,放入适量盐、油、咖喱,转小火并不断搅拌,稍煮一会即可

8 将腌制好的猪排取出,先拍上一层薄薄的生粉
