关于美服账号购买失败的问题!暴雪回复了!

我是用visa在BN买的号。可是呢,连续买了两次都是购买失败。于是我给BN递交了一份回执单,客服态度很好啊,24小时多一点就回复了。下面附上解决方法。
xxx I've purchased Diablo III, but I was informed by email that my purchase was failed.
I am a resident of China. I purchased Diablo III with $59.99 via visa on battle.net on June 5th,2012 and started to play. But later I received an email, which told me that my purchase was unsuccessful and my account was turned into a starter edition. Then I bought this game again online. The same thing happened just now. My account was turned into a starter edition again. I wonder why these things happen and want to get my money back. I find a lot of people who face the same situation just like me. I've loved Billzard very much since I was pretty young. However, now, as a customer, I feel really frustrated not only because those errors in the game, but also because there are nobody who can tell me the reason why I purchase failed. I hope there will be a solution in a week, my eagerness to continue playing Diablo III cannot wait any longer. At least, I want my money back as well as my character in the game. xxx Maybe, I find why my purchase failed. Does the billing address have to match the cardholder's register address? Unluckily, I fill in wrong address. I bought DiabloIII twice. If the address is the only problem, I would like to buy DiabloIII for the third time. But I want my money back for the previous purchases. Thx. Have a nice day. Customer Service Representative Hiya =)! Sorry for the confusion and wait! It's been very busy with the new D3 game just being released =P. Taking a look into the payment it was ultimately declined due to the purchase being outside our supported billing regions. Purchasing the game, like overseas for example, can cause issues and the card ultimately being declined. I do greatly apologize for this, it may be best to a boxed copy of the game if at all possible =). You can also try purchasing this over the phone at 1800 59 BLIZZ, 7 days a week, 7 AM To 8 PM Pacific time. The funds will also be given back within a few business days, it just depends on the bank how fast that is. Get back in case of anything and my humble apologies, thanks and take care =)!

    这个是暴雪回复的哈。退肯定会退。购买失败的原因是收货地址不支持。解决方案的话可以打电话去买...... 其实能退钱的木有问题了。我再去买第三次!
