All I can say is wow. Finally a movie that is great to watch without profanity, violence or nudity or any sexuality at all. This movie will take you through many emotions from sad, to happy, depressing to cheering and clapping, and a tear or two will fall. What an inspirational movie with a great plot. Its about a man trying to lead a football team to fame, and for 6 years he has failed. Then he says well things are going to change, we have tried to win for ourselves, how bout we try to win for God. I wont tell you anymore from there. For those of you who arent a christian, you will still like the movie, its about football- guaranteed you wont be disappointed! Make sure you take your teenage kids they will be inspired.

This was an excellent film. The acting was not so great but the message was presented well. I was actually surprised that this movie even got to the theatres because of the message. I recommend everyone go see this movie, it may make you rethink your life a bit.

I saw this movie a week or so back at a prescreening and loved it. It wonderful to see a good sports movie without having to cover your ears every other word. The story and acting are both great and you would think these people were actors in real life. However, the truth is all of the people in the movie are volunteers. The total budget for this film was $100K, which is another breath of fresh air. Also, this is not just a sports movie. Ladies will love the storyline as well. Overall, a great Christian movie that the whole family can watch. I believe this would be an excellent way to introduce Jesus to someone that needs him.

This was a great family movie! It was nice to be able to take a group of kids and not have to worry about any ugly words or bad conduct. We laughed and we cried. It was a little predictible, but we were glad for the great ending. God truly does bless us when we honor Him. This film just proves that movies can be entertaining as well as uphold good, moral values!!

I just saw Facing the Giants and came away with the most joyful, uplifted feeling. Just the fact that there is a good, wholesome, christian movie out there for families and individuals to watch is exciting. And to see the Lord being glorified is awesome. Some people might come away thinking that once you believe in God, everything will be wonderful. That's not the point of believing. He just carries us thru all life throws at us.

I was very skeptical of the outrageously high yahoo rating on this film and rightfully so. This movie rocks in heart and deserves an A+ for heart. For a non Hollywood movie, this movie uses almost every heart tugging Hollywood trick, and it uses them well. It is a several hanky movie and is at least somewhat fresh in how it draws the tears. The acting is mediocre but again full of sincere heart. If you are going to praise God in your trials at least put a few real speed bumps in the way of a flawless over the top happy ending for everybody. That being said this film is definitely worth seeing in my opinion if you are not anti christian. This film is not good enough to be anywhere near the top of the all time yahoos best movies list.

The quality of filming was amazing. The theatre was full of families, so it was pretty obvious it was a family-oriented movie. It is just one of those types of movies that makes you want to run or work out afterwards because you feel so inspired. Great filming, Great acting, Great message, Great music, a must see especially given the current downfall in Hollywood movies. Add watching this movie to your to-do list before you die.

This was a refreshing film to watch and one that everyone should see. This is not just a football film. It's a film on how to overcome personal and corporate obstacles regardless of your circumstances. Thank God it wasn't made by the Hollywood people. They would have stripped the value out of the story. These guys may have gone to film making bootcamp to complete this film but Hollywood needs to go to their bootcamp to learn how to make meaningful stories.

From the first moment I heard about this movie, I was anxiously awaiting the opening date. A family member of mine works at the church with each cast member. Knowing that ALL people (except for Coach Richt) are from the same church makes the storyline more real than high-paid actors. My emotions were on a roller coaster the whole movie. I went from crying, to laughing and then crying again. I kept chills throughout most of the movie because I could feel the Lord working in my own life. It's a MUST SEE movie for people of all ages. A GREAT BIG THANK YOU TO SHERWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH!!

God has done an amazing job with a group of people who were willing to do the impossible. As a family, we LOVED this movie. We had to drive almost an hour away because no theaters close to us were showing the movie. I am glad we made the time to go see this movie and on opening weekend!

I believe all of us need to take a lesson from this movie and remember that God is the one who should be praised in all situations in our lives. He is the one we should turn to everyday. He is with us in good times and in bad and He always will love us.

If you do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ after you have seen this movie, find a Bible believing church in your area and ask someone there to help you make this decision for yourself.

Make God receive all the glory for this wonderful movie!

This was a great movie for a couple of reasons. First, that Christians had the courage to make a big-screen movie without bending to Hollywood rules (we can thank Mel Gibson for helping pave that road). Second, that the message rings true to anyone. There are a few scenes where we wince for the acting, but how can a Christian message movie get a Hollywood 'A' cast when they don't believe in the message? Let's keep going on this road and see how God rains when we prepare the field. Bravo!

You don't see Hollywood's special effects. Even better, the special effects are from God in your heart. The effect is on a much deeper level.

This movie teaches a lot of biblical principles. It reminds and teaches us to do everything with excellence, tenacity and for the glory of God not the glory of man. Our past does not determine the future and nothing is impossible for God. Seek first and foremost His kingdom and God will take care of everything else that concerns you. I highly recommend it. The inspiration and lessons that can be learned from this movie are priceless. I suggest that parents make sure to take their kids. It shows Christianity in it's true light. It's not a person's greatest weakness (as many in the world choose to see it). Our Christian faith is our greatest strength. By the time this movie finishes, there is not a dry eye in the house. Even the little kids in the theatre were still and captured by the movie. If you allow yourself to be sensitive to the holy spirit. It will deeply touch your heart. But that part is up to you. To those that have a spiritual ear, let them hear. God bless you! He will if you allow Him to do so through this movie. Go with an open mind looking specifically for the lessons being taught and how they apply to your whole life, on the job, on the field, in your family life and in your personal relationship with your Heavenly Father. It reminds us that God does not want to be involved with us only on Sundays. God wants to be involved with us every day in everything that concerns us.

Invite Him in. Invite Him to stay. Once you really do, you will find you wouldn't ever want it any other way.

This movie is not showing at Theatres everywhere like most of the garbage is. I saw this one 43 miles away from home but it was well worth my time and effort to go see. This is worth going out of your way for.

Facing The Giants starts out slow.It had no stars you knew so and it seemed unpredictable and possibly a boring plot so I was kinda getting bummed. However;I heard it was great so I stayed with it. 
I am glad my husband and I did. It was a triumphant win for acknowledging our Lord and Savior and cheering on kids that loved the Lord and loved the game of football. It had many other praise surprises too!!! It is a definite go home excited that I was a Christian and wanting to tell others about my friend JESUS.If you have never met Jesus. My friend,it is high time you did.What a Savior! 
One other huge plus! The music. Third Day and Casting Crowns. It doesn't get any better than that. I give it an A+

Usually when you have high expectations before actually seeing the movie you are sometimes let down when you do finally see the movie. 通常,在看电影前对它期望值高的话,你在真正看的时候就往往会失望.

This movie went above and beyond my expectations and the audience at the theater I watched it all applauded at the end.
