Alyson Hannigan has been slogging it out in the gym to get her figure back after giving birth to her second child... but she obviously isn't the type to take things to extremes.
The How I Met Your Mother favourite was spotted enjoying some ice cream with her eldest daughter Satyana today, in a bid to combat the particularly sultry Los Angeles day.
And the 38-year-old actress looked like she was enjoying the sweet treat almost as much as her gorgeous little one.
Dressed simply but elegantly in a white vest, jeans and pretty scarf; Hannigan beamed as she cuddled up to her girl and enjoyed the frosty nibble.
The American Pie star had dressed Satyana in a bright pink frock with matching shoes and a technicolour hairpiece.
Beaming Satyana, who is three, couldn't contain her delight at today's outing.
Alyson gave birth to her her second daughter, Keeva, on May 23, but is already looking back to pre-pregnancy svelte standard.
Alyson, her husband Alexis Densiof and Satyana have been relishing in doting over the new addition to their family.
And while some children can sometimes get jealous when a new sibling arrives, Satyana couldn't be any happier.
