Mancini's Adriano ultimatum Saturday 12 May, 2007

Roberto Mancini has warned Adriano he’ll only stay at Inter if the tearaway striker changes his ways, as David Suazo is picked to replace him.
Adriano has been left out of the squad to face Lazio this Sunday due to a knee problem, but the Coach made it clear in his Press Conference that his patience had run out.
“I am confident he can be the Adriano of old, because I think that a person can always change, especially when he does not behave appropriately for his own work,” said Mancini.
The journalists asked what this meant for the future amid rumours of a Real Madrid offer for L’Imperatore, who has been repeatedly reprimanded for his partying lifestyle.
“We will wait until the end of the season and see what happens, as we have a few different situations to take into account. We also have to discover where Hernan Crespo will be, so we can only make such decisions later on when we have more certainties.”
