燎原集团国际部的合唱社将在每星期的周二晚上活动，合唱社的目的如下：
1）学生们将通过参与小组歌唱和舞蹈构建人际交往能力例如信心，合作和创造力。
2）学生们将通过学习和演唱英语流行歌曲来提高英语的流利（研究证明学生们通过演唱能更好的学习新词汇）。
3）学生表演将为上海和在中国的慈善教育组织筹集资金，从而发展同情心以及在当地和国家的公民责任感。

Glee Club’s brief introduction
The Liao Yuan Education Group International Division Glee Club will meet once a week on Tuesday evenings. The purpose of Glee Club is as follows：
1) Students will build interpersonal skills such as confidence, cooperation, and creativity through participation in group song and dance performance numbers.
2) Students will improve fluency in English through learning and performing popular English language songs (studies have shown students retain language better when new vocabulary is learned through song).
3) Student performances will raise money for charitable education organizations in Shanghai and throughout China, thereby developing empathy and a sense of responsibility for civic duty at the local and national level.
