In addition,scientific researches state that the efficient method to resolve these
issues is improving the awareness of citizens' security and taking proper actions in the first time,rather than depending on machines.Because tricky criminals can create various means to commit crime,the ability of human's flexible can make many efforts to fight with offenders.
From the above-mentioned discussion,we have concluded that defining a right social values and perform it obey the rules are very important .Changing mental thoughts can provides more benefits compare with building machinery system only.
