1、焊条保管Electrode storage
1.1 各类焊条必须分类、分牌号堆放、避免混乱。

1.2 焊条必须存放在较干燥的仓库内,建议室内温度在10ºC以上,相对湿度小于60%。

1.3 各类焊条储存时,必须离地面高30cm,离墙壁30cm以上存放,以免焊条受潮。

1.4 焊条搬运、堆放过程中,要小心轻放,避免损伤药皮。焊条重叠堆放不要过高,以免压伤药皮。

2、焊条烘干Electrode drying
2.1 焊条存放时间过长时若受潮,但焊芯未生锈,药皮没有变质,焊条烘干后,可保持原来性能而不受影响使用。

2.2 烘烤温度不可过高、过低。温度低了,水分除不掉;温度过高易造成药皮开裂、酥脆、脱落或药皮成分起变化,影响焊接质量。

2.3 烘干后的碱性焊条,在室外漏放时间不宜超过4h。

2.4 焊条重复烘干次数不可过多,否则易造成药皮脱落。

3、焊条报废Electrode scrap
3.1
焊条拆包后,若发现焊条药皮成块脱落或去掉药皮焊芯才有整块的锈斑,焊接后出现气孔、裂纹等缺陷,焊条应当报废。

3.2
各类焊条如出现严重变质,如药皮霉变、脱落,药皮严重开裂,药皮严重搭结等,焊条应当报废。

二、 焊丝的保管和使用Keep and use the solder wire
1、焊丝的保管 solder wire storage
1.1 焊丝应放于专用焊接材料库保管,注意库房通风、干燥,室温在10ºC ~40ºC之间,空气相对湿度应控制在60%以下,码放时离地面和墙壁保持30cm的距离。

搬运过程要避免乱扔乱放,防止包装破损。一旦包装破损,可能会引起焊丝吸潮、生锈。

2、焊丝的使用The use of solder wire
2.1 开包后的焊丝应在2天内用完。

2.2
开包后的焊丝要防止其表面被冷凝结露,或被锈、油脂及其他碳氢化合物所污染,保持焊丝表面干净、干燥。

2.3 一般情况下,药芯焊丝无需烘干,开封后应尽快用完。当焊丝没用完,需放在送丝机内过夜时,要用帆布、塑料布或其他物品将送丝机(或焊丝盘)罩住。以减少与空气中的湿气接触。

三、焊剂的保管和使用Storage and use of weldingflux
1、 焊剂应存放在干燥的库房中,防止受潮影响焊接质量。应妥善运输、搬运焊剂,防止包装破损。

2、 使用前,焊剂应按说明书所规定的参数进行烘焙,熔炼焊剂一般在250~~300ºC烘焙2h,烧结焊剂通常在300~~400ºC烘焙2h。干燥时,焊剂散布在盘中,厚度最大不超过5cm.

5、 使用直流电源时,一般均采用直流反接,即焊丝接正极。
