In the present day and age, some Chinese parents believe that computer would like to stop their children thinking more creatively and thus have decided not to have that in their home. In my eyes, nonetheless, though what these parents have done may contain some truth, I insist that computer is necessarily needed in everyone's life.
For one thing, we are experiencing a century when various highly developed technologies emerge quickly in our life, and consequently, computer serves as an effective tool for us to catch up the rapid development of those technologies. Secondly, using computer would help us think more critically due the mass information we attain from the Internet instead of reducing our creation.
To put in a nutshell, I hold the view that computers are essential in our daily life and therefore are not supposed to be withdrawn.
