up with Shelley -- seemed like a first date," a source tells the mag. Another
insider says, "Paul and Phoebe were 100% romantic - they were across the table
from Ben all cozied up on the couch kissing each other. She had her head on his
chest." Paul and Ben became close friends after his guest stint on 'The O.C.'
