Customer： I would like to confirm my flight
S： Okay. Can you tell me your ticket number?

S：You are scheduled to depart on May 12th at 09:30 AM. Is this correct?
C： Yes, this is correct.
S：Are you traveling alone?(or: Is anyone else traveling with you?)
C： Yes, I’m traveling with my wife.
S：Can I have her ticket number?
C： Her ticket number is 158 12369 8759
S：I’ve just confirmed your tickets.
Please arrive at the airport three hours before departure.
C： Okay, thank you.
S： You’re welcome.

2. Choosing a departure date
确定返航日期，你预定的机票是包括返回票，但是没有指定日期，你可以自由地选择你的返程时间。在返回前，你只需要打电话确定日期就行。
Service：Hello, this is Canada Air, how can I help you?
Customer：Hello sir. I have a ticket from Toronto to Texas on the 23rd of December, but I’d like to reschedule it. Is this possible?
S： Okay, are you traveling alone?
C： Yes, I am.
S： Of course, what date would you want to depart?
C： I’d like to change it to the 26th of December.
S： Let me check.
[pause]
I’m sorry sir, but due to Christmas all our flight on that day have been booked. I have a flight available on the 27th of December. Would this work for you?
S：Yes, I guess that’s okay.
C：Okay. We have a flight available at 07:00 AM or at 03:00 PM. Which would you prefer?
S： I would like to take the 3 o’clock flight please.
