= =Flex can will do simple (but effective) changes; Mostly you can disable features as this doesn't involve adding anything additional. On some occasions you can enable things, but only of the app has it hidden. E.g my VOIP tweak for Facebook was possible because it was available in a different country but disabled in the UK, not removed from the app completely.
