TV Guide reports that Jessica De Gouw will return to Arrow as Helena Bertinelli/The Huntress in an episode entitled “Birds of Prey.” In the episode, while The Huntress is hunting down Oliver, Black Canary (Caity Lotz) will be getting involved. Could this be the formation or, at least, a hint at the formation of The Birds of Prey? This has been rumor since before Season started. We may find out this question when the episode air March 26th
