在大部分用户在期待WP8.1什么时候发布/更新的时候，还有不少WP8用户在等待Lumia Black更新的推送呢。昨天网友 @lewaz 询问诺基亚官方Lumia720T为何不能更新Lumia Black，诺基亚客服给出以下答复。
• About Update :
Unfortunately there is nothing that Nokia can do to help you with this. The only people that have any knowledge of if and when it will be released are China Mobile.
Realistically all you can do is wait and hope that China Mobile allow Nokia to release the update. There is nothing further that can be said or done to help you here.
• About WP8.1 :
Impossible to answer that because WP8.1 has not been officially announced yet.
All you can do is wait and hope.
