嘿大家好这里是新人雪梨~前些日子因为背单词开了脑洞所以开了一个大坑，其中有关于这对儿的一些于是也搬过来啦~因为是文字渣以及语法渣所以希望大家不要嫌弃~有一部分偏史向（虽然这货也是历史废……）时空错乱感是因为这些单词的排序不科学！一定是这样的~

DAY 2 A （CP: 西荷西）
Apologize for oneself 为自己辩解/辩护
Antonio realized that however hard he triedto apologize for himself, the Dutch wouldn’t believe him anymore.
安东尼奥意识到无论他怎样为自己辩解，荷/兰人都再也不会相信他了。
Appalling 骇人的，可怕的
Ned found out with surprise and horror thatthe smiling angel with green eyes and curly brown hair was actually asappalling as a devil.
尼德朗惊恐地发现那个有着绿眼睛和棕色卷发的天使事实上像恶魔一样可怕。
Approve& Sanction
Approve既可以表示个人的赞同，也可以指官方的认可
Sanction不仅表示赞同，而且表示批准或认可
—What do youwant?
—I want you tosanction my freedom.
—How can I? Idon’t even approve of it!
—Well, I’mafraid you don’t have a choice.
“你到底想怎么着？”
“我希望你能批准我获得自由。”
“怎么可能？俺甚至不赞同你独立！”
“我倒认为你没的可选…”
Apt 恰当的，贴切的；易于…的
The Spanish found the Dutch taking a nap inthe armchair and thought he would be most apt to attack.(Then he realized hewas wrong.)
西/班/牙人看到荷/兰人在一张扶椅上假寐并认为这是自己偷袭对方的最佳时机。（之后他发现他想错了。）（<ps：猜猜之后发生了什么）
Arid （土地）干燥的，不毛的；枯燥乏味的，无生气的
When Ned first set foot on “Islas Canarias”,he was amazed at how different the place was comparing to its neighboring ariddesert.
尼德朗第一次踏上加/纳/利群岛的时候不由惊叹这地方同附近干燥的沙漠地区的巨大差异。
（注：加纳利群岛位于北纬30度附近的非洲西海岸，现属西/班/牙管辖。在苏/伊/士运河开通之前，欧洲的商船是绕过南/非的好/望/角到达东方的，而加/纳/利正好是沿途的重要补给站，所以很早就被亲分拿下了嗯……虽然加/纳/利群岛位于撒/哈/拉大沙漠西面，但因为身处大/西/洋，湿润的气象条件使得那儿植被繁茂，风景宜人，迄今依然是著名的旅游胜地。）
Arrange with 与…商量
“Next time make sure to arrange with mebefore bringing so many tomatoes, OK?” Ned frowned as he glared at the mansmiling brightly between two huge baskets.
“下次带这么多番茄来之前先跟我商量一下，行不？”尼德朗瞪着站在两个大筐之间笑得一脸阳光的人，皱起了眉头。

Besiege 围攻，包围
“What the hell happened to my kitchen?”
“Well, you won’t believe me but I foughtbravely against the tomatoes which besieged me and killed them all~…W…wait!What are you doing?!”
“你究竟对我的厨房做了什么！”
“诶这么说你肯定不会相信俺啦~但是俺英勇地杀掉了所有包围着俺的番茄~然后…等…等一下，你在做什么哇？！”
Bestow 把…赠与，把…给予
Ned never managed to figure out how he hadhis love bestowed on a man he once hated so much.
尼德朗想不明白他怎么就爱上了这个他曾经恨之入骨的男人。
Bewilder 迷惑，把…弄糊涂
The Spanish was bewildered by thepassionate kisses of the Dutch and didn’t realize the situation until he foundhimself in bed, his clothe torned open.
西/班/牙人被荷/兰人热情的亲吻弄糊涂了，直到他发现自己躺在床上并且衣衫敞开他才意识到发生了什么。(其实将要发生什么才是重点吧…)
Bilateral 双边的，双方的
“These bilateral talks will be held… Stopthat Anto, this is not the right place and you will be punished when we getback…”
“这些双边会谈将会举行在…安东别那么做，这并不是一个恰当的场合，为此回家之后你会受到惩罚…”
Bland （指食物）无刺激性的，清淡的；（指人及行为）文雅的，情绪平稳的
They always fail to stay bland when theytalk about the past but neither of them care because the outcome of the talksoften prove to be quite… ‘fun’.
他们总不能做到心平气和地谈论过去，不过他们也不在乎，因为这些谈话的结果往往很…“有趣”。（至于哪方面有趣请自行脑补…）
