The annoucement was actually a bit wrong. We chose the official travel agency in Japan for Japanese fans but we have decided to directly take reservation from other foreign fans through this e-mail.

We are the overseas Chinese Fans of Shinhwa, currently studying or working in 23 different countries including:
Austria, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Unite Kingdom and USA.
We have read your new notice on the booking of tickets today. On the announcment, it states that overseas fans must book tickets through the official travel agencies , but this may be inapplicable for us. Most of us will fly to Korea directly from our current countries of residency to attend the concert, making it impossible for us to apply through the Chinese travel agency.
As you know, most of us are far away from Asia, making it very difficult for us to attend Shinhwa related events. This time round, however, the date of the concert is set during a period when most of us break for Easter, so it is a really good chance for us to see Shinhwa at last. But the new ticket booking method for overseas fans announced today may be the spoiler for this excellent opportunity to attend the concert.
We are sure that this problem is not unique, especially with Shinhwa's popularity growing overseas.Therefore, we hope you can grant us an option to book tickets individually; or let us book tickets as a group or via a single individual, it will be best if an advance notice is given.
