A：我们会尽可能的保持工作透明化，但不幸的是有些时候事情会发生改变，一些不可预见的麻烦也会出现。我们在沟通过程中尽可能的保证准确。如果我们说了某些事然后它却发生了改变，并不是所有玩家都会收到消息，这样就会引起玩家的困惑和纠结。我们也想尽可能的避免这些可能。
即使你在NAXX收集了全卡，你也会有理由重返。更多的信息会在迟些时候(later)进行公布。--Zeriyah 炉石社区经理
