按照新颁布的俄军通用的1号定量标准,每人每天的食物多达25种:黑麦和小麦混合粉面包300克、一级小麦粉面包350克、一级小麦粉50克、各类谷物糁子120克、通心粉食品30克、肉类250克、鱼类120克、植物油30克、黄油45克、奶酪10克、牛奶150克、鸡蛋每天1个、白糖65克、食盐20克、茶叶1克、咖啡1.5克、土豆600克、圆白菜130克、甜菜30克、胡萝卜50克、葱头50克、黄瓜、西红柿或青菜40克、果汁100克、干果10克、酵母0.5克。
与以往相比,俄军食谱中增添了更多的肉、鱼、蛋、黄油、香肠和乳酪。如每人每天能吃到的肉达到250克,一名士兵在一年内就要吃掉92公斤肉,也就是说每5个人就能吃掉一头牛。此外,油脂、面包和米糁的供应量减少,果汁、牛奶的供应标准得到提高,并首次引进了酵母。新伙食标准营养更加均衡,而且热量达到了要求,其总热量为4374千卡,比之前高185千卡。
