But, what do you write in your journal?

1. Your Big Ideas –好的想法
Ideas are fleeting. Make sure you capture those big ideas that are floating around in your head. Curate them in your journal and you might just develop your next big project.
想法就是一种感觉。一定要抓住那些在你脑海里一闪而过的想法。把它写进你的日志里,也许某天就发展成为你的下一个目标了。
2. Your Successes –你做的成功的地方
How often do you celebrate your progress? Document your successes, no matter how small, in your journal. Be your own biggest fan.

3. Things You Need to Get Out of Your Head –需要遗忘的事情
Writing allows you to clear your mind. Write down those things that are buzzing around in your head, so that you can stop worrying about remembering them.

4. Things You Wouldn’t Say –你不会说出去的那些事情
Abraham Lincoln famously wrote letters that he never intended to send of feelings he wanted to internally express. Use your journal a cleansing experience to express those things that you cannot or should not say in daily life.

5. You Inner Narrative –你内心的故事
Your mind has its own thoughts. Writing down that narrative can help you draw out meaning and wisdom that you might not even realize you have. Let your mind do the talking and make sure you listen to what it says.
