* Down to the beach, stood Lille, Ruby, Paul, Belle, Isaac�s gang, Cammy and Philip. The candles were put to the words and Zita was right in the middle with a big round cake in her hands.*
Zita: "Make a wish!! Isaac." (Isaac smiled at her, closed his eyes, made a wish and blew the candles)
Isaac: "Thank you everyone. So...Em....I don*t know...so...surprise!!"
Chris: "It*s all Zita*s idea. We ourselves couldn*t make such a beautiful party."
Roy: "Yeah, she prepared all these for you."
Zita: "Come on guys, it*s all your help too."
Donald: "You make me jealous now, man." (With pretended-pout face and voice)
Isaac: "Ha Ha Ha! Wo! Wo! man calm down"(Patted at Donald*s back)" What a great act you did, Mom, Dad!"
Philip: "Of course we are. Your mother and I were once a school-play leading actors............you know?!"
Isaac: "Really, you*ve never told me that, Mom."
Cammy: "Ha..Ha.ha.. Oh don*t believe him. He was a tree leading actor."
Everyone (Laughing)
Isaac: "Hang on. Who is this cutie?" (Recognized new member of the gang)
Roy (Broke in to the conversation): "Oh..Issac, this*s Lille. She is our new friend."

Lille: "Hi, I*m Lille Qian, nice to meet you."
Isaac: "Hi Lille, I*m Issac Tong. Nice to me meet you too."
Lille: "The gang told me that I can come celebrating your birthday. Do you mind if I join in?"
Isaac: "Oh....No, not at all. I*m glad you join us tonight."
Donald: "This is not all surprise for tonight, Isaac Tong." (Clapped his hands)
* Colorful fireworks came up to the dark sky. Its bright light seemed so bright and beautiful on the starless sky. Zita and Donald had been secretly preparing it for Isaac for more than a week.
Since they had agreed to be friends, this party was like the reunite party for 3 of them to the great route of friendship. Everyone played with the fireworks and enjoyed their beach BBQ birthday

Chapter 4
"is it really back?"
# AG office/ 12.30#
*Zoe was busy working at her desk. Paul came to her*
Paul: "It*s lunch time, sister!! Put down your work, come on!!"
Zoe: "Oh! what time is it, Paul gor? Wo..!! 12.00 already?"
Paul: "No!! it*s 12.30 now, Zoe, Come on put your pen down!!! You need to eat, you know!! Fasting is not good for your health."
Zoe: "Yes Yes ,Gor. I know, I know but I have to finish this by 1.00 so you go ahead."
Paul: "But...but you look pale today, are you OK?" (Touched her forehead to test her temperature)
Zoe: "Hay!(Took his hand off her head.) Paul..I*m fine, thanks."
Paul: "But..!!"
Zoe: "Paul! Do me, a fever; leave me alone Plz... I*m too busy now."
Paul: "Alright alright, come on Lesly!!"(Shook his head, tried with his stubborn sister and went on)
*Zoe tug her head back to work*

*Sam waited for the elevator. Paul walked by with Vicky and Lesly behind him.*
Paul: "Hi Sam gor!!"
Sam: "Hi Paul, how*s day?"
Paul: "Good thanks but.... Zoe....she is.emmm...." (Not sure whether he should say it or not)
Sam (Saw some worry in Paul*s face): "What?..Paul? What happened to Zoe? Is she OK? (Started to worry about his beloved wife)
Paul: "Emm....I*m not sure. She said she is OK but I think she looks a bit pale and thinner lately. She*s also skipped her lunch too. I have tried to take her out here but she just turned me down."
Sam: "Emm... I*ll see if she is OK, thanks Paul."

# AG office/ 13.15#
* Sam walked into the AG office but Zoe was not at her desk. He could only see a pile of papers messing on her desk. When he decided to call Zoe, Ruby came in. *
Ruby: "Hi there, Capt! What bring you here? Need anything?"
Sam: "Oh..hi Ruby, how are you?....Emm, nothing much. I just came here to see whether Zoe is alright. Paul told me that she doesn*t feel well today...but she doesn*t here though."
Ruby: "Ah.... Really? I don*t know that. But Mingo just gave her a big project to work on cause he has planned to promote her to some higher positions. Maybe she works too hard on it."
Sam: "Ah..ha....(Looked at his watch)..Maybe she went to the canteen. I*d better look for her there. Thanks Ruby."
Ruby: "You*re Welcome."
Sam: "Oh! By the way, how is Belle?"
Ruby: "He..he..! Oh! that chick. She is absolutely fine. Don*t worry. Belle and Coco just took a cooking course; Paul complaint a lot that they messed his kitchen every weekend."
Sam: "Good then. I*ll pop down to see Zoe now. See you around."
* Sam turned around and walked out of the office then he saw Zoe. She just came out from the restroom. Her face was so pale and in her hand, there was a little bun of tissue paper.*
Sam: "Honey!!" (Called Zoe, he found her at last)
*Zoe turned up to Sam. She smiled brightly when she saw him as she always did. Then she tried to give her husband a wave but this time it seemed too hard for her to do. She suddenly felt that the world was whirling and Sam*s face got blur from her sight. She fainted and fell unconscious onto the floor.*
Sam: "ZOE!!! (Ran quickly towards her and held her up.) Honey! Honey!! are you OK, honey?. Zoe. It*s not funny, honey, don*t scare me like this. Come on, wake up plz.!!"
Ruby: "What happened, Sam? Oh! Zoe! Sam, take her to the Nursing Section, Hurry!!"
Sam: "Out of the way plz !!!" (Yelled at the crowd around them)
*Sam carried Zoe up in his arms and ran to the Nursing section. Ruby followed them but she could hardly catch up with Sam. Though he had Zoe in his arms, he still ran so fast. For him, the way down to the Nursing Section seemed so far than ever. He was so worry about her and did not care that a lot of people were looking at them. In less than a minute, he reached the section.*

# Nursing Section/ HK Airport/ 14.00 #
* Sam was in front of the ER room. He sat still on the chair for hour. Many things were messing up in his head. He worried so much about Zoe. His heart was full of guilt. He blamed himself for letting this happened to her.*
*Sam*s Point of view*
Dr. Chen told me that her heart problem might come back someday. Though the transplant was success but she would never be fully healthy as others. She still had to take some medicines for her whole life to prevent her immunization from rejecting her new heart. I should take more care of her. Since we got back from our honeymoon, I had less time. I was too busy with works and the arrangements of training course. When I asked her whether I could attend the pilot-teaching team, she smiled sweetly and said that whatever I decided to do, she would be there to support. She said that she could live well on her own if I have to go to Australia. She even asked me to do what I really want to. She said that she would be happy to see me doing what I do like to do best, than keep me with her all the time. At that point, I felt so much glad and seemed to forget at all about her fragile health. If Paul did not tell me about her today, I would never know that she was this ill. I was the one who should be blamed for if anything really happened to her.

Chapter 5
"Pinocchio"
# Nursing Section/ HK Airport/ 14.30 #
* Dr.Yee walked out of the ER.*
Dr.: "Are you Mr.Tong?"
Sam: "Yes, I am. How is my wife? Is she alright?"
Dr.: "Emm.... From our fundamental checking, Mrs.Tong is just too tired and maybe lack of rest; that*s all. We have given her saline solution. But Mr.Tong, as your wife has once had heart problem. I*ll have to send her over to the HK hospital to her doctor for more checking. Is that OK for you?"
Sam: "OK, no problem. Dr., Do what you need to do. Can I see her now?"
Dr.: "Alright but not too long. She really needs some rest, Oh..and one thing Mr. Tong, please fill in this form first so we can send her to the hospital by this evening. Thank you."
Sam: "Alright Dr. Thank you very much."

# HK Hospital/Zoe�s Room/6.00/Next morning#
*Zoe was lying on a hospital bed. Her face was pale. Sam sat beside her bed. He held her hand tightly and his eyes set still on her. As he saw her pale face, his eyes filled with tears. He just recognized how thin she had become. He merely lost her again. *
Sam (Hold Zoe*s hand and kissed it): "Zoe, honey, I*m sorry. I should have cared more about you. I*m so selfish; thinking only about myself. Honey, please forgive me. I*ll never let it happen again I promise..... Oh! God, plz...don*t let anything happen to my Zoe. PLZ.....she is my life!!"
Zoe (Opened her eyes a little and felt Sam*s tear on her hand): "Em...But now..your life need some watering, honey."
Sam (Smiled as he saw her awake): "Oh! Zoe,honey, you are awake!! Oh! water right? Here you are.....slowly slowly" (Feed her a glass of water.)
*Zoe sipped some water and turned to see Sam*s red and watery eyes.
Zoe: "What happened, Sam? Are you crying?"
Sam: "You fainted. Doctor said you have to admit into the hospital for a couple of days to recheck your heart conditions."
Zoe: "Oh...I remember now. I saw you at the AG office and tried to wave to you but the world suddenly turned dark."
Sam: "You scared me, honey. (Put his hand on her cheek and softly touched it) Thanks God. You are awake. You*ve lied unconscious for so long. "
Zoe (Tried to smile): "I feel a lot better now. Sam, sorry for making you worry again."
Sam: "Shuuuuuuuu... (Put his finger on her lips.) Don*t say that, honey, it*s my fault; all mine. I*d better gave you more time. How idiot I am, kept busy with that training stuff and took less care of you. I*m sorry Zoe, so sorry. I*ll never let this happen again, I promise." (Kissed her forehead)
Zoe (Slowly got up to sitting position. Put her hands on both of his cheeks): "Oh! Sam, don*t blame yourself like that. In these passing weeks, I was just too tired and too busy with my own new project, nothing to do with you at all!"(Smiled and looked at Sam*s serious face)
Sam (Sadly said): "Oh! Zoe, you spoil me again. You always smiled and let me do anything I like but see what happened to you. I think I*d better quit the training project. I don*t want to leave you here on your own."
Zoe (Hugged Sam): "Oh..Sam, you did nothing wrong. As I*ve told you, Mingo gave me an opportunity to look after a big project. I want to do my best on it so I*m too busy to eat or rest and I fainted but now I feel better. Strong and lively again, you see?" (Gave him her brightly smile) So you don*t have to worry about me, just go on with your job."
Sam:"......But....Zoe!!"
Zoe (Hugged Sam more tightly.): "I know.... flying is your life and training all those excellent new pilots is your great pride. I*ll never feel happy to see that you quit it because of me. Moreover I*m not here by myself. Besides your parents and Isaac, I have Belle, Paul, Ruby, Zita and many other friends who care about me....Emm.... If you still worry, I promise you, Sam, I*ll take more care of my health and never oversee it again."
Sam (Hold Zoe*s hands, kissed it and put them on his cheek): "You are right, honey that flying is my life and training those great new pilots is my success too but..... if I really have to choose between those stuffs and you, no doubt, I*ll choose you. You are the most important thing in my life now, Zoe."
Zoe (Said with some delight tears in her eyes): "Oh..Sam. You remember what I said to you when you proposed me on the runway. I said that ...having you smile beside me is my happiness.... and I really mean it!! This job make you happy, I just want to see you happy. Don*t worry so much about me. I*m a married woman now and a wife of the great first Chinese Captain whom I*m so proud of. Solar new wave will become the excellent one if you train them, so Sam plz...Do what you have to do."
Sam: "Oh!....Zoe, honey. Without you, I*ll never come this far. (Softly touched Zoe*s cheek with a light smile on his face) Em....Have I told you that I saw the rainbow when I was flying?"
Zoe (Puzzled): "Emm...Really?...I thought you told me that on the plane; it*s too high to see those rainbow."
Sam: "It*s true, honey. I really saw it. When I think of that bright smile of yours (Pinched her cheeks playfully), the rainbow appeared clearly in my heart."
Zoe: "Ha ha ha Oh! Sam, who did you learn those sweet words from. I*ve never thought that my husband could be this romantic!!" (Grinned lively as Sam)
Sam (Kissed her forehead.): "ha ha Love ennobles man, you see, honey!!"
Zoe: "Ha ha ha....I like it anyway, Sam."(Pated Sam�s cheeks playfully)

* Belle entered the room and saw the spouse hugging.*
Belle: "Oops! nok nok!!...., excuse me."
Zoe&Sam (Let go from each other): "Oh....!!! Hi there Belle!"
Belle: "You look better than I thought, Zoe, sister!"
Zoe: "Yes, now lively angelic Zoe is back." (Sam laughed at his wife but with a serious feeling in his eyes.)
Belle: "Ha ha haha Good, when I got voice mail from Sam, saying that you*d fainted and admitted into the hospital, I*m so worry."
Zoe (Said smiling): "Sam is overexcited. I was just too exhausted and so staving because my gluttonous stomach was not satisfied, that*s all."
Belle: "Ha ha ha Really?"(Turned to Sam) "Samuel Tong! You make me flew back from my holiday to see this! Emm. You owe me much you know that?! " (Turned back to Zoe) Oh! Zoe, you should have heard how Sam*s voice was tremble in the mail."
Sam: "Come on Belle, I didn*t tremble."
Zoe: "Oh! poor Sam." (Teased him a little)
Sam: "You too, honey, you know me well. I*ve never trembled of anything!!"
Belle: "Ha ha ha Sam, come on. You really trembled. You do!!"

*Dr. Chen knocked the door and entered the room.*
Dr.: "Oh! Hi, Zoe, you are awake now. Good, tell me, how you feel?"
Zoe: "Oh, hi my greatest Dr. Chen. I think.... I feel better now after a good long rest."
Dr.: "..Ah..ha....But you are not ready to go home yet, you*ll have to stay here for about a week.. I need to do more recheck on your heart first to see why you have fainted, OK?"
Zoe: "Oh.........but I do have to present my new project this Friday. Can I just go home and come back to recheck next week?"
Sam: "Zoe.!! Plz, listen to what Dr.Chen said. You need to be carefully checked. I*ll ask Mingo whether you can postpone this presentation to the next 2 or 3 weeks."
Zoe: "But Sam....It can*t be that way. I have arranged all things....Belle plz help me!!"
Belle: "I agreed with Sam, Zoe. At this point, you should have yourself fully healed and go back to work later. Mingo will understand. Your health is the most important thing now."
Zoe: "But.....Oh! You don*t understand."
Sam: "Zoe, plz!!!.Do this for me. You are my life, if I lost you, I could never stand it, honey!"
Zoe: "Oh! Sam, I feel better now. You see? I*ve told you, I just feel exhausted, that*s all. This project is my first big project. It*s important to me. I don*t want to miss it, please Sam, please!!"
Sam (Looked at Zoe, realized how important this job was to her): "Oh, Zoe.... what should I do with you? "(Turned to Dr. Chen)" Dr., can she do what she wants, I promised to take her back for a recheck immediately after her presentation."
Dr. Chen: "Emm....... Zoe, you may think that you are alright but fainting is not a good sign. Your heart problem might be its cause. You know that, right? "(Looked at Zoe and Sam)" Emm....If I let you out, can you promise me to take good care of yourself and obey all my advices? You too, Sam, can you take her back here next week for more checkings?"
Sam: "OK, I*ll look after her carefully, doctor, Thank you."
Zoe: "Great, Dr. Chen Thank you so much."
Dr.Chen: "Good.. Alright. You can go home this evening but please do what you promise me to do, see you next week then." (Walked out the room)
All: "Thank you Dr."
Belle: "You won again Zoe, but I still don�t want you to leave the hospital at the moment."
Zoe: "Oh..come on Belle, I*ll be OK! Don*t worry." (Turned to Sam) "Thank you Sam for supporting me."
Sam (Exhaled to release his little anger of his self-carelessness wife.): ".....That*s my job as a husband, ...Em...Honey, please do me a favor, follow Dr.Chen*s advices strictly. I do not want to see you faint again."
Zoe: "Yes, captain, as you said sir." (Teased Sam with her playful voice)
Sam (Amused by Zoe*s act and felt more relief): "ha ha.. But...... now go back to your bed honey, you really need more rest."

#AG Dept/HK Airport/12.00#
*Sam, in his pilot uniform, waited for Zoe outside the meeting room. She came out of the room with Mingo and Ruby.*
Mingo: "You did a very good job, Zoe. The board appreciates your project very much."
Zoe: "Thank you Mingo for giving me this opportunity."
Mingo: "Oh..Zoe, you*re one of my best staff and you deserve it." (Patted her arm)
Ruby: "Yes, you really do Zoe. I think your idea must be very good for our Dept."
Mingo: "Wo..it*s lunch time. Ruby, Zoe..let me treat you a lunch."
Ruby: "That*s great Mingo, (Saw Sam) but I think Zoe doesn*t need your treat anymore. She has her bodyguard waiting over there."
Zoe (Just surprisingly saw her husband.): "Oh..Sam! (Walked to him with Mingo and Ruby followed)What are you doing here?! I thought you*ve flown to Rome already."
Sam (Stood up): "Oh! I swabbed my flight with Matte. How is your presentation?"
Ruby: "She did a very good job, Sam."
Sam: "Really? Good."
Mingo: "Yes Sam, she really does. Oh, by the way Zoe, Sam*s talked to me about your health problem. Ruby and I agreed to find you an assistant for the project and I*ve signed your sick lift permission. You don*t have to come to work for the next 2 weeks, just go, do your health checking things and come back when you are fully recovered, OK?"
Ruby: "By the time you come back, we might be able to find some right assistant for you."
Zoe: "Hang on, Mingo, I....I don*t think I*ll need that much of rest."
Ruby: "Oh..Zoe, every staff I have, is dying for some day-off, don*t deny it like this. Come on sister, your health is the most important thing you should care of. Is that right, Sam?"
Sam: "Yes. Thank you, you two are very thoughtful."
Zoe: "But!!..Sam." (Tried to argue)
Sam: "....Zoe Please!!."
Zoe: "Fine!!......(Turned to Mingo and Ruby)..Sorry, Mingo. Sorry Ruby jei, I don*t think I*m going with you to lunch. May be some other time, is that alright?"
Mingo&Ruby: "Oh..Yeah, no problem." (Saw something went wrong on the couple, they let her go easily)
*Zoe did not look at all at Sam and walked away. Sam felt his wife*s anger so he followed her.*

# Gate 12 to 22 connection tunnel/ HK Airport/ 12.20#
* Zoe walked very fast through the tunnel. Sam ran after her and caught her arm. She stopped and turned back to him at last.*
Sam: "What*s wrong, honey? Are you angry at me?"
Zoe: "......."
Sam: "Zoe, please tell me. Did I do anything wrong?"
Zoe (Saw her husband*s care in his trustful eyes): "Oh! Sam.., I thought last night, we*ve had a deal that you will let me do my job and you will do your best on yours. But look what you*ve done today."
Sam: "I did what? Honey; tell me!"
Zoe: "You should be flying to Rome by now, if you really did what you*ve said but you are still here. You talked to Mingo about my sick-lift but you*ve never told me a bit of it."
Sam: "Zoe, honey, I just worry about you and want to be sure that you are OK. Yes, I did ask Mingo for your sick-lift but I did it because I woory about you. You know that?"
Zoe: "Oh...Sam, I know you love me and care for me. I do love you too but I don*t want to be treated like a little baby. I*m an adult now. I know well of what I can or can*t do."
Sam: "I just want you to care more of yourself, honey. I have never seen you as a kid or anything."
Zoe: "Sam, you don*t understand."
*Zoe turned away from and looked at the runway out side, a plane was flying up the skies.*
Sam (Stood quietly besides her, looking at the same runway): "....."
Zoe: "Have you ever heard about Pinocchio?"
Sam (Surprised that she had suddenly changed the topic): "Emm....Yes, a tale of a wooden puppet boy. Why, honey?"
Zoe: "As you know that at the end, the blue-fairy turned him to a real boy. I*ll tell you a story after that. Pinocchio was changed to a strong normal boy. He can*t help but do everything that he could never do when he was a wooden puppet. He felt so happy having a chance to touch the grass field with his own feet. But his Papa was afraid that he might get hurt or dies like other ordinary boys so he locked his son up in the house of love to prevent all things to happen to his Pinocchio. One day when the Papa came back home. He opened the locked room and Pinocchio was a lifeless wooden puppet once again. Sam, you know why?"
Sam: "Em....The fairy did that as the lesson to his father, right?"
Zoe: "No.., not the fairy. It*s because of.... Pinocchio*s own heart. He might be freed from a puppet web but now he was tided tightly by Papa*s love so his heart turned back to a cold wooden puppet heart once again so did his body."
Sam (Turned to Zoe and saw some sadness in her eyes.) "...Zoe..."
Zoe: "You know what I mean, Sam."
Sam: (Hugged her tightly.)"I*m sorry honey, so sorry. I forgot how happy you*d feel, having an ordinary life after those years of illness. How stupid I am, trying to take it away from you..Honey, I*m sorry."
Zoe (Hugged him back): "Sam, I know well of how much you care about me. I am very appreciated it but I just want you to understand. I don*t want our love to be like puppet webs which bound us too tight... or even took away our individual self. If you worried too much about me and have to stop doing your beloved jobs, I*ll never feel happy either. It*ll make me afraid that one day, you*ll hate me of always being your life impeder. And if that really happens, I*d never stand it. " (Tears fall from her eyes)
Sam (Gently touched Zoe*s cheeks to wiped her tears away): "Zoe, honey, it won*t happen. For any reasons, I*d never hate you. I love you and this will never change.......Flying or training or anything else, none of them, could not take your place. I choose to be with you instead of going out there, flying, because... now being with you is my greatest happiness."
Zoe: "Oh...Sam!...*(Gave him a kissed and hugged him tightly)
