Password of this file is very long enough not to attack it. Then, Protection for this file: only 40bit RC4 Encryption, just as excel2003 decryption, I think you can find a stream "EncryptionInfo" in this file, then find decryption code for this file and decrypt it. Can your technology expert do it? let me know no or yes, somehow it*s important file.
