I am writing to complain about the awful service I have received at your shop. Last week, I bought a mobile phone from your shop, but later I found I couldn’t use it to send text messages. So I took it back to your shop and told the shop assistant what had happened. When I bought the mobile phone, your shop assistant had guaranteed a full refund within two weeks if the phone did not work properly.
However, when I came back in, to my great surprise, they said the problem of mobile phone was not their responsibility at all; and they even refused to examine it for me.
Your shop enjoys a high reputation for high-quality products and good service. I was disappointed to see that such a thing happened in your shop yesterday. If your shop assistant continues treating the customers like this, I am afraid your business will be affected in the long run.
I hope you can look into the matter in person and give me a reasonable explanation as soon as possible.
