食用油吸附脱色剂对植物油中黄曲霉毒素含量的影响

摘要:吸附脱色是食用植物油加工的重要过程,它不仅对色素起到脱除作用,同时对植物油中黄曲霉毒素、残留农药、重金属等具有重要影响。本研究以菜籽油为原料,以脱毒率、脱色率以及耗油率为检测指标,考察了几种不同吸附脱色剂对菜籽油中黄曲霉毒素B1含量及品质的影响。结果表明:不同吸附脱色剂的脱毒率、脱色率和耗油率均不同,且经特殊方式处理后的蒙脱石不仅对黄曲霉毒素B1具有较好的吸附脱毒能力,还有助于提高菜籽油品质。

Influence of edible oils adsorption decolorant
on the content of Aflatoxin in vegetable oils

Abstract: Adsorption bleaching is an essential process in vegetable oil processing. It is not only to get ride of some pigment, but also to have an important influence on aflatoxins, pesticide residues, heavy metals, and so on. In this study, the rate of detoxification, decolorization and the fuel consumption were used as the indexes to research the influence of the content of aflatoxin B1 and quality in rapeseed oil by several kinds of adsorption decolorants. Results showed that different adsorption decolorants had different ability of detoxification, decolorization and the fuel consumption, the montmorillonite by special modification not only had high adsorption of aflatoxin B1, but also effective to improve the quality of rapeseed oil.
