i got a notification for android 5 to update.. while updating it got disappear and it is saying your phone is up to date but there is no update..can anyone assist ? how to get that notification again to update lollipop

I have updateD my nexus4 to lolipop via OTA and I am facing a very annoying problem: when I turn on the wifi, it takes about 2 minutes to get finally enabled, while it is trying to get enabled, almost everything hangs. . also a major bug is stll here... i
