I am a veteran who already has all 3 classes over level 30, what happens when I buy the Infinite Pack?
All items are unlocked as level up rewards from levels 1-30, while every level from 31-50 are rewarded with one Mystery Box (see full progression here). These rewards are distributed retroactively for all Infinite Pack owners and will appear in your inventory (or inbox depending on space).
