Why do people keep calling them "HIS" books and "HIS" teaching materials? what on earth did he do to have his name on those books? It's a crying shame for those books to be attributed to the master himself, who wouldn't have sold half of them without KIm, his ex-wife. She made an enormous contribution to the editing and proofreading of the books and, hey mind you, what did she get in return? She got clobbered with a black eye and bruised knees. How ironic.
