Therefore, in the event of any breach or violation of this Agreement, Company shall -- in addition to any other rights or remedies at law or equity (including specific performance) -- have the right, without the necessity of proving actual damages or positing any bond or similar security, to temporary and permanent injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction, and Company shall be entitled to recover from Receiving Party all costs and expenses (including attorneys’ fees and costs) incurred by Company in connection with obtaining such injunctive relief.
