这次什么情况要我自己搞定的意思吗

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.
There was an issue with our payment processor and Alipay for a short period of time which may have prevented some users from completing purchases through Steam.
We apologize for the inconvenience and have since resolved the issue.
If you currently have a transaction pending through Steam, it should automatically complete within 3-5 business days from your original purchase date.
If your pending transaction has not completed please contact Alipay support directly.

If they state the transaction was successful, please reply to this ticket with a screenshot of the charge as it is shown on your payment account. We need this screenshot to include the Invoice ID or Transaction number that is listed in the transaction details.

                If you have encountered purchasing problems recently, please exit Steam, restart your computer, and log back into your account. This should resolve the issue.
                If you currently have a transaction pending through Steam, it should automatically complete within 3-5 business days from your original purchase date.
                If you are still unable to complete a purchase or your transactions have not settled after 3 to 5 business days, please reply to this ticket so we can review your issue further.
