I've owned quiet a number of Enlan, Sanrenmu, Ganzo and Navy knives. While the construction, fit and finish on most of them were impressive, the steel was definitely soft (softer then 8cr13mov which leads me to believe it's more of the Chinese version of the 420a variety, 7cr-whatever) requiring frequent albeit easy sharpening.
With the roughly $200 I wasted on trying out these knives I recovered about $100 selling them off. I wish I used that money to buy a nice knife instead.
