    Pilots, time for another round of answers to your questions from the development team!
    飞行员们!又到了问答时间!
    Question: Are you planning to give us accurate information about the changes introduced
    with each patch? Stuff like exact value of km/h, cannon damage etc, would be very welcome.
    Answer: Not at the moment. The most significant ones (like HP changes, nominal rocket/bomb
    damage etc) will be stated, but most of the parameters used for tuning the aircraft will
    remain hidden.
    Q:你们敢不敢直接告诉我们每次改动的精确数据?比如速度火力的准确值?那样更方便啊!
    A:目前没有。不过嘛,最重要的东西肯定会告诉你们的(比如血量,挂载),但是其它的嘛,还是隐藏
    起来为妙,自己摸索去。

            Q: Can you please explain how the rotation of maps works? We play some maps really often, some not at all.
            A: There’s no such thing as rotation, all the maps are picked absolutely at random. Every map has a “weight” that the matchmaker considers when picking a map for the battle. Most maps have equal “weight,” which means that the pick will be random among them. The only exclusions are Asian Border and Canyon – they have lower priority because of some technical issues and thus are picked much less than other maps.
            Q:你们能解释下进图到底是个怎么回事吗?有些图把把进,有些图基本见不到。
            A:选图毫无疑问是随机的,每个地图都有它的“权重”,大多数地图的权重是相等的,除了雾江和南方
            河谷——这两张图优先级比较低,因为某些技术上的问题。

              Q: What's gonna happen with the clans? So far we only have clan channels, but could we have more options to manage our clans, such as dashboards, calendars, or personal ranks? (So we don't have to create our own clan websites) Is anything planned?
              A: The Clan Portal will be updated soon and will include a ratings system. One of the reasons it’s taking so long is that we don’t have Clan Wars or other clan-oriented activities yet, so for the ratings we needed to create a different formula than the WoT version uses. It will mostly consider win rates and the activity of individual players in the clans for now.
              Q:公会到底啥样了?我们啥时候才能有自己的公会面板,还有个人等级?
              A:它们很快就要上线了,耗了这么久的原因在于我们需要准备领土战还有公会方面的活动,分级方面也
              和WOT采取不同的标准。胜率和公会玩家活跃程度是考虑最多的要素。

                Q: Will we continue to see improvements to MM that are specifically tailored to our NA population?
                A: Right now we’ve done almost everything we can to tweak the matchmaker for NA’s situation. But that does not mean that there are no other ways to improve the result of its work; as we mentioned earlier, we are thinking of introducing bots to the PvP matches, but they will be more sophisticated than the ones you see in “Battle with Bots”; they will be quite similar to human players. This will allow us to fill the queue and as a result create bigger matches.
                Q:分房系统还能继续改进吗?(特指美服)
                A:我们已经做了几乎所有我们能做的改动,但那并不意味着分房就不会再改进了。之前我们就说过,我们考虑引入AI,并且AI比人机里的那些要更机智,更像普通玩家。这样你们就不会排队等很久了。

                  Q: Is there a plan for more developers to post, and answer questions on the NA forums?
                  A: We will probably assign a person to do that, but we won’t be able to do the same amount of activity like Q&A sections on the RU forums, since the developers who actually do that there are really busy right now. You can always send us links to some discussions that need our attention and we’ll respond quickly, or even suggest that players ask something in the Blog comments – they are read and answered daily.
                  Q:你们有计划在美服论坛搞更多的QA吗?
                  A:我们有个人是搞这个的,但是不会像俄服论坛那么热闹,开发者现在都忙的很,如果你有想给我们看的东西,可以发个链接过来,或者在博客评论区里问,他们每天都会看。

                        Q: What problem or problems, specifically, at this point in time, are delaying the introduction of Clan Wars?/ When/if Clans Wars is implemented, will it be WoWP only, or will it be in some way linked with Tanks?
                        A: We do not disclose any details or ETA for the Clan Wars implementation for WoWP because it needs a really profound rework for WoWP gameplay compared to WoT.
                        Q:领土战的引进到底遇到了什么问题?它到底是只适用于WOWP还是跟WOT联动?
                        A:我们不会公布任何有关WOWP领土战的细节,因为与WOT相比它需要一次彻彻底底的重做。

                          Q: Will we ever get a more detailed damage model for planes? If so, then when can we expect to see it?
                          A: Yes, we have plans to improve the damage model and make it more realistic and important gameplay-wise. This will need significant changes to several mechanics so it will take quite some time to develop, test, balance and integrate. We’re not ready to say when it will be done, because there are things with higher priority right now.
                          Q:飞机的损伤模型会更精细一些吗?什么时候能见到?
                          A:是的,我们的确有这个计划,但是它要改的东西略多,我们需要时间去开发,测试,平衡,以及完善。目
                          前说不上什么时候能搞定,因为目前有更重要的事情要做。
