best blocking PG in the league. even higher rate than known athletic guys like Bledsoe and Wall. You need to be extremely athletic to block as a PG.

Players in general will never accept their own weakness. That is the nature of why they are at the top of the food chain. It takes a great coach like Pop to sit them down for their own good.
I recently read a sports psycology book for the corporate environment. In it the author spoke about how CEOS and managers need to understand that they must assess their own ability to control their own energy flow. In the same way athletes must always assess how much energy must be kept in reserve to complete a given task. The same way Pop manages his team is what a business leader must also do. If they are not fit, they have little or no reserve to do battle against other companies. A BATTLE IS ONLY WORTH A CERTAIN AOUNT OF ENERGY EXPENDATURE. A WAR IS WON BY HOW MUCH RESOURCE IS AVAILABLE.
Byron Scott doesn't care about any of that. Pop would never allow Lin to push himself beyond what his body is capable of expending.

Lin mentioned in post game interview that he messed up his back from practice. Maybe yesterday when they played scrimmage and Lin hit that game winner over Jordan Hill, he hurt himself from that??

Either that he or feel down on his back? Whenever he gets to the rim he falls down on his back alot and over time that cause back injuries. Should try falling on his butt instead or other ways of scoring. Saw Clarkson make a floater today. Not sure why Lin doesn't go for floaters anymore, less liking to get hit at the rim.
