Durga,Soni and a group of ladies are eating, preparing for karva chauthwhen Soni spots Jeet staring at her. Jeet comes and helps serve everyone andquietly teases Soni by filling her plate with excess food.

The karva chauthrituals begin and Mahi misses Shabd's presence. The men make the ladies drinkwater to break their fast and Mahi stares upwards, deep in thought.
Jeet grabs Soni's 手 and slowly takes the thali from her, not leaving her gaze. He lets go andturns around while Soni walks away. She looks back at his turned back as hegoes from there.
Jaan Meri Jaa RahiSanam plays in the back as Soni, Mahi and Jeet are shown deep in thought. Mahisadly remembers the good times she and Shabd had shared. Jeet tries to confrontSoni but she walks away smiling. Jeet again grabs her hand but takes itaway hesitantly, but is reassured when Soni takes hold of his hand and smiles.
Soni tells Mahithat Shabd will probably come the next day and insists that she eat. He tells her that he doesnt want to hear anything against Soni as heknows she has no hand in what has been happening to him and leaves from therewith Soni. Durga is upset that Jeet had spoken to her in this tone but blamesSoni.
A room with Soni'sname written all over the walls is shown. Pictures of Soni are stuck on thewalls with scratches and crosses all over them. A lady in a shawl walks inand stares at one of the photos. She throws away her shawl and Cherry isrevealed. Cherry says that Soni has been a problem for her and she hasbeen trying to get rid of her for so long but now she will succeed. Cherry is waiting in the car and she seesJeet..he sees the car and thinks who it might be. Mahi is trying to call Shabdbut no luck. She sees a small child at her gate and wonders who it might be.Butwhen she goes there he is gone.She asks the watchman but he says no one came.They slowly reveal the kid in amongst the tree. Mahi walks away and he is gaginat the gate.
Durga is worried that Jeet is not home yet.She scolds Soni for not calling Jeet to check on him. (that was quiteun-necessary)
Jeet is driving home and Cherry isfollowing him. They are stuck at the signal and Jeets car is stuck behind amotor cycle. But they dont see each other.
Tayji and Tayaji come home from pilgrimage.Again Mahi sees the kid sneeking behind the bushes. but nobody else sees it andthey make fun of her.
Part 2
Jeet comes home and Durga id relieved thathe is home. Durga is worried if today there was any accident with him, but Jeettells her to stop. The watchman comes in and tells them there is a big saratchon the car and the window is broken. Durga is mad.. she curses Soni again. sheblames Soni for everything that is happening yo Jeet. Durga serves them foodand Jeet tells Soni quickly sa he wants to take her out.
Part 3
They are out at a park and sit on a bench.Jeet tells her he got here as he wanted to be alone with her. They have sweetmoments together and Cherry is watching them.

Moni asks her if she stillworried about Shabd but not to be so because he might be busy and must have hadno time to call her. Tayaji says hat whatever happens he hopes none of thelabourers are hurt.In such cases always the poor suffer.Mahi says that Sharmahad called and he said that noone was hurt but factory was destroyed.Tayijisays that Shabd is a hard-working guy and regain all that is lost very soon.Thedoor-bell rings and Mahi goes to open it.But the bell is ringing persistantlyand all of them follow Mahi to the door.

Part 1
Soni is disturbed by Durga's words and is unable to sleep. Jeet finds her awake and asks if everything is ok. She tells him that she had just woken up to get water and he gives her some. Jeet tells her that she isn't looking too well and that he'd take her to the doctor's the next day, He tucks her into bed and goes off to sleep while watching her.
Mahi goes to check on Rahul but finds that he's not in the room and wonders where he has gone. She finds him watching Mauja Hi Mauja (Shahiddddd) on tv and dancing along. Mahi scolds him for watching tv so early in the morning and Rahul bickers back Mahi pleads for him to tell her where he lives but Rahul tells her that he wont leave without his papa and Mahi gets frustrated Rahul tells Mahi that his mother is very sick and so she can't come there. Mahi and her mother continue to ask him for his address but Rahul flat out refuses, saying they will then send him back home. He tells Mahi that he has left a note for his mother so that she doesn't worry about him ( Mahi and Tayiji's reaction is so cutee) Tayiji tells him that they'll have to phone the police and Rahul says that if they do, he will run away. Rahul continues to be stubborn and the three ladies get up to leave. Rahul stops them and asks if breakfast is even served in the house and all three are shocked at his forwardness.
Part 2
Mahi frustratedly watches Rahul eat his breakfast. He askes for butter and she puts a whole chunk for him and adds samosas to his plate as well, telling him sarcastically it's his father's house so he should eat. Rahul agrees and Mahi glares at him He then asks for some chutney and continues eating as Mahi continues to give him dirty looks. He then asks one of them to wash his hands and Mahi reluctantly takes him, stating that she's become his naukrani
Soni and Jeet go to the mandir. Jeet tells her to wait there and that he will go bring some juice from her. Soni asks the pandit about whether the rumours are true that in this particular mandir, whatever you ask for shall be fulfilled. The pandit tell her that this is true but first, one must fast for 24 hours before asking for what they want. Soni tells him that she will come tomorrow to ask for her mannat and Cherry overhears them talking, thinking to herself that she will be ready for Soni tomorrow.
Part 3
Jeet is walking back to Soni when he sees Cherry's car, and recalls seeing the same car the other day. He tries to approach it but Cherry hurriedly drives away and Jeet is unable to see Cherry due to the tinted windows. He goes to give the juice to Soni but she refuses, because of the mannat, and tells Jeet that she doesnt feel like having it but will drink water at home. She prays to mataarani for srength to complete the fast.
Mahi goes into the room and finds Rahul's bag. She looks through it in hopes of finding out about his address/family and pulls out a picture a of him kissing a lady (most probably his mother).

Part 1
Mahi keeps the photo aside for later use and assists a stubborn Rahul in taking a shower. Mahi explains how to turn the shower on and Rahul tells her to leave, telling her that he can't shower in front of her and that she should have some shame Rahul splashes Mahi with the bath water and in retaliation, she sprays him with shaving cream. Rahul runs around the house while Tayaji tries to catch him. He takes Rahul back to the bath tub while Mahi calls him naughty. Rahul teases Mahi but Tayaji, Mahi and her mother smile as he enjoys the bath.
Durga and her friends are talking and she insults Soni when she comes to serve them. Soni leaves from there and breaks into tears.
Tayiji feeds Rahul and tells him about Shabd's childhood while Mahi listens. She and Rahul get into a little argument again Rahul tells Tayiji that he loves to bug Mahi as she reminds him of his mom.
Part 2
Jeet comes home late and Soni brings food for him. He asks about her and she makes up an excuse saying she had eaten before. Jeet tells her to rest and takes the empty dishes down.
Mahi tells her mother that she couldnt tell Shabd about Rahul. They find Rahul sleeping on the sofa and carry him up to his room. They all decide that they have no choice but to get help from the police to look for Rahul's parents. Mahi turns to leave but realizes that Rahul is clutching her dupatta in his sleep.
Part 3
Mahi and Tayiji go to the police station but have second thoughts as they see a little child thrown behind bars by the officers for running away from home. The police asks them what they have come for but Mahi says that it is nothing and leaves.
Jeet tells Durga that instead of his, she should cast away an evil eye from Soni. Durga insults Soni again when Jeet leaves and she leaves from there in tears

Soni is discharged from the hospital and Moni tells Jeet that only he can help Soni right now. Jeet assures them that as long as he is there noone can do any harm to Soni.
Jeet gets Soni home and is taking Soni upstairs when Durga stops him and says she will not live in your room. Durga again starts cursing Soni but Jeet stops her. She blames Soni for the accident and accuses her that she purposely killed the baby. She goes to hurt Soni but Jeet stops her and tries to make her understand.
Durga says that now she also will take Jeet away from them.
