in the event that theCompany has disputes with the nominee shareholders (namely Jun Guo and YingjieZhou under the Trust Agreements) over the ownership of investment equities ofZhongding Project Management, the people’s court shall uphold the claim againstthe nominee shareholders made by the Company on the ground that the Company hasperformed the actual capital contribution obligation, and the people’s courtshall not uphold the defense made by the nominee shareholders denying therights of the Company by replying on the record of the register of shareholdersor the registration with the relevant company registration authority.
