有问题的学弟学妹们可以在这里提问，我和我的伙伴们（基本上应该是我，他们不怎么玩贴吧的）会根据我们自己的理解对你的问题进行统一回复。如果你的问题和其他人的一样，也可以看看我们对他的回复，这样我们就不用重复的回答同一个问题了。请允许我偷个懒。

关于实习面试英文自我介绍，我的理解是，越短越好，尤其对于英文一般的同学来说，说的太多，反而显露出英文是你的短板，简略，又能切中要点，我觉得是最好的。补充一句，我英文水平就一般般而已。。

下边附上我去年实习面试时写的英文自我介绍。中英文对照版本，有需要的学弟学妹可以根据我的改一下。英语大能不喜勿喷。

下午好，面试官，见到你很高兴。
首先，谢谢你们给我这个自我介绍的机会。我的名字叫XXX，今年20岁。
能有机会参加这次面试，真是莫大的荣幸。我在菏泽出生并长大，那是中国牡丹之乡。现在，我在青岛酒店管理学院上学。
我认为我是一个活泼开朗的男生。至于我的爱好，我喜欢听歌，看书还有旅游.

面试官如果用英文问你一些问题，能听懂的话尽量就用英文回答他，实在听不懂就问他是不是可以说中文，他说可以的话就用中文回答。表现出你的积极性就好了。别说太多跟实习没什么关系的事儿。说实话，他们要的只是你的态度，英文这东西，他们内部的正式员工一句不会的也多的是。

相信自己就好了。后边有问题的可以问我，我会在楼中楼一一回复，没有的话就算了。哈哈

first of all ,from the motto of the ritz carlton hotel "we are ladies and gentelmen ,serving ladies and gentelmen" , i could see that employees are well appreciated in your hotel .
then , i know your company has an excellent reputation worldwide , if i become one part of ur hotel ,i will feel greatly hornored .

可以highlight 你的communication skills ；interpersonal skills ；
你是 hardworking 和passionate的 person 还有 eager to learn all kinds of things about hospitality industry
4.Could you please tell me the JD(job responsiibilties ) of this position ?
5.what do u know about our company /hotel?
告诉他chairman是谁 什么时候开业 全球在多少个国家 有多少酒店 多少员工
更具体点 可以告诉他 此酒店 多少间客房 如果里面是那种很欧式古典设计
就说 your hotel has a nice combination of the interior and exterior

结合自己经历说 要突出你是怎么克服它的

最bitchy 的问题。。
你必须回答得很聪明
不要说得很明显 对这个工作不利的缺点 要突出你正在改正此缺点
when i have to overcome some problems , i prefer solving by myself , rather than asking for help sometimes ,
i know maybe you could see some independece from me ,
but , sometimes it's not worthy of being praised
COZ ,,,teamwork is important in the hotel industry ,and you have to co-opreate with your co-workers your boss ,
