实验研究印染废水利用超声治疗结合Fenton试剂

Abstract. Experimental research on the treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater has
been carried out. The method of ultrasonic combined Fenton has been used.Separately by using
ultrasonic and Fenton oxidation method to treat printing and dyeing wastewater, the hydrogen
peroxide dosage, FeSO4•7H2O dosage, shaking time, pH value, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power
and other factors are investigated.The COD and chromaticity removal effect of printing and dyeing
wastewater are calculated. The experimental results show that the above factors have a certain
impact on the treatment effect. Based on these results, the orthogonal test method is used in this
experiment, the optimal conditions of ultrasound combined with Fenton reagent for dealing printing
and dyeing wastewater has been determined.The orthogonal experimental results show that the
optimal reaction conditions of orthogonal test are below:pH value is 3, the best time for the
experiment is 1.5h, hydrogen peroxide dosage is 5mL, seven water ferrous sulfate dosage is
0.7grams, ultrasonic power is 142.5W. Experiments are conducted in accordance with the best
reaction conditions. On the optimal process conditions, the removal rate of COD reaches 94.6% and
the chroma removal rate reaches 87.5%. The effect of using ultrasonic combined with Fenton
reagent to treat printing and dyeing wastewater is better than the use of single method.

    Introduction
    Our textile industry is a major industry that drainage wastewater, the printing and dyeing
    wastewater has big COD concentration,large amount of water,strong toxic[1], poor biodegradability,
    causing serious pollution of rivers, lakes and the sea.Comprehensive Treatment of printing and
    dyeing wastewater has become an urgent problem to be solved . About this study, has achieved
    some breakthroughs and progress.
    Fenton oxidation acts as an advanced oxidation method with high oxidation efficiency, and it
    can degrade recalcitrant pollutants in water[2].Ultrasound technology in recent years has developed a
    new water treatment technology. Research shows that water quality of printing and dyeing
    wastewater is complex and usually uses a method to handle alone often fail to get good effects,
    while using several techniques combined to deal with the wastewater, it can effectively improve the
    degradation efficiency.
    Now, there are many reports related to complexed printing and dyeing wastewater
    treatment[3-4], but the combination of researches on ultrasound / Fenton are still not perfect.This
    experiment uses ultrasound and Fenton coupled with ench other to treat priting and dyeing
    wastewater to study its effects by orthogonal factors and optimum conditions, in order to provide
    reference for engineering applications on priting and dyeing wastewater treatment.

      1The experiments
      1.1Instruments and Reagents
      1.1.1The experimental instrument
      DR5000 spectrophotometer, pH meter, condensation reflux device, magnetic stirrer, ultrasonic
      reactor, a heating device (furnace), range of different acid buret, conical flask, pipettes, volumetric
      flask .
      1.1.2 Reagent
      H2O2(30%), seven hydrated ferrous sulfate, potassium dichromate, ferroin indicator solution,
      ammonium ferrous sulfate, sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid silver, mercury sulfate,printing and dyeing
      wastewater.
      1.2 Experimental methods
      1.2.1 The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater using Fenton
      Put the printing and dyeing wastewater of 50mL into the 250mL beaker, adjusts the pH, adds a
      certain amount of FeSO4•7H2O, and then adding a certain amount of hydrogen peroxide, stirs for a
      period of time on a magnetic stirrer static, the supernatant was used to measured the COD and
      chroma, in order to study the removal efficiency of COD and color effects with Fenton oxidation
      method.
      1.2.2 The treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater using ultrasonic
      Put the printing and dyeing wastewater of 50mL into the 250mL beaker, adjusts the pH, places
      the beaker in the ultrasonic reactor, adjusts the reaction time and ultrasonic power, stewing for
      some time, to determine the COD and chroma removal, to study the effects of ultrasonic treatment
      on the COD and chroma.
      1.2.3Treatment of printing and dyeing wastewater with ultrasonic -Fenton:
      The 50mL preparation of printing and dyeing wastewater is added to the beaker of 250mL ,
      then adjusts pH, and first add a number of quality FeSO4•7H2O, then add a certain amount of
      hydrogen peroxide, shock, and put it into the ultrasonic reactor.After ultrasonic is standing, to
      determine the COD and chromaticity.In order to get the investigation of ultrasonic-Fenton
      combined treatment on removal effect of COD and chroma.
      1.3 Methods of analysis
      Method of dilution multiple is for color measurement, taking potassium dichromate method is
      for COD measurement.

        3 Conclusions
        The experimental studys on ultrasound and Fenton reagent coupled with each other treatment of
        priting and dyeing wastewater, drawing the following conclusions:
        (1) Hydrogen peroxide dosage, dosage of FeSO4•7H2O, pH, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power have
        great influence on the treatment effect.
        (2) The ultrasound has good effects on the oxidation of Fenton.
        (3) At the optimum parameters, ultrasonic -Fenton system on the chroma and COD removal rate
        reached 87.5% and 94.6% respectively.
