I never thought that my English is any outstanding before attending the college. In the senior high my English score was not better than other students' who had the similar academic achivements in whole subjects. Becouse of my poor vocabulary and grammar, I could not do well in multiple-choice questions. As for reading, sometimes I could hardly get the real meaning what the author wanna express. And thanks for my bad hand-writing, I seldom got an excellent mark in writing. In the college entrance examination, I scored 137 when students scored more than 140 could be seen everywhere, since the questions were very easy. Now you may think my listening skills and oral English is good. Well, to tell the truth, as Shandong province discarded the listening test in CEE of 2014, I had stayed away from listening exercise for over a year before I attended college. Also, faced with the CEE, no one will take care of his oral English.
Not really good at English, nor really interested in English. Instead of English songs and films or animations, I prefer Japanese ones. When comes the English speaking contest or something else, I would hardly watch it, to say nothing of join it. This was my English learning condition in senior high.
