524. Bored ( May 28 ,2014)
坐飞机的感觉bored 无聊I get so bored on longinternational flights. 16 hours in one chair!? I hate it!
boring无聊My computer and iPad always run out of battery and the second half of the flight(后一半航程) is SO boring becaus I have nothing to do!And I have a really hardtime sleeping(睡不着)on planes.
time drags时间过得很慢I feel like time drags on international flights.I should pack(在包里) some extra(多放些) magazines to read this time!
drag累赘Long flights are a drag.Everybody feels cramped(挤).Somebody always ends up eating(总是有人吃) really stinky food(味道很怪的食物).And there's always a cryingbaby that won't let you fall asleep. You know what the best part is(最给力的时候)?LANDING!!!

526. Turbulence ( May 30 ,2014)
描述坐飞机hateflying 讨厌坐飞机BaiJiewants to go on vacay to China. But I don't know if I want to go with her.Whynot?I hate flying!!And a flight to China from NYC is about 16 hours or so!Idon't know if I could do that(不知道我行不行).Why do you hate flying?I have a huge fear of heights(恐高).I don't know if I could handle (搞不定) being up in the air on a hugeplane for so long.
turbulence气流Oh it's not so bad! Haven't you ever flown before?Yes! I've flownfrom Ohio to NYC before.And we hit really scary turbulence!The plane wasshaking like crazy!

527. “sweating”! ( Jun 2 ,2014)
高温sweating 出汗It's been 90 degrees in Beijingfor the past week! Every time I step outside I start sweating!
the heat高温sweating bullets挥汗如雨I walk to work every day. And in this heat I end up sweatingbullets!I hate the heat!
perspire出汗parasol阳伞 I like to bring a parasol with me on my walk to work.It protects myskin from the sun and it keeps me cool(凉爽).And I don't perspire as much (那么爱出汗了)!

528. “hot out”! ( Jun 3 ,2014)
热hot out 热透了Another(又一个) 90-degree day!?I can't believesummer started so early!It has been hot out.
Sweltering 热得快融化了It is sweltering outside!It is too early for it to be SO hot!I hopethis is as sweltering as it gets.
surface of the sun 太阳表面(形容很热) I walk to KFC on my lunch break and it feels like I'mwalking on the surface of the sun to get there!Why is it so hot out already!?

529. “sunscreen”! ( Jun 4 ,2014)
sunscreen/sunblock 防晒霜Baijie are you ready to go out torhe park? Don't forget to put on some sunscreeen! Will you pack(放入包内) the sunblock in your purse?I'll put it on when I get there.
Sunburn 晒伤You should definitely put it on now.It's a 30-minute walk to thepark.You could get sunburnt by then(现在就抹上)!
stay hydrated 保持体内水分 And let's make sure we packsome water to stay hydrated.It's really hot outside.We gotta keep(不停地) drinking water!

530. “cool off”! ( Jun 5 ,2014)
cool off 降温How do you like to cool off in hot weather?I like to take a break(休息时间) and get a quick ice cream conefrom McDonald's! That helps me cool off instantly.
cool down降温How about you?How do you like to cool down on a hot day?I like to gograb an iced coffee from Starbucks!Ice cold coffee is so refreshing on a hotday.It's the best way to cool down!
turn on the A/C开空调 My office hasn't tuened on theA/C yet!It's sweltering in there!!I think I might need a few more iced coffeesto cool down today.

531. “sluggish”! ( Jun 6 ,2014)
sluggish 无精打采的It's so hot out. This past week has been sweltering. I feel sosluggish during the summer.
move slow 行动缓慢Yeah I agree. I move a little bit slower when it's hot outsite.Thehot weather me feel so tired so quickly(动不动就觉得好累)!
exhausted精疲力尽的I was working outside all day in the heat today.Why does hot weathermake me feel so exhausted??Let's go get some iced coffees to cool off.

532. Pack Light ( Jun 9 ,2014)
出远门打包packlight 轻装I'm headed (打算) home to Ohio to visit my parentsfor the weekend. I'm gonna pack light because I don't like to pay to (花钱托运)check a bag.
carry on bag 随身行李I'll try to stuff all of the clothes shoes and other things(杂物) .I'll need for the weekend(周末用的东西) into a carry-on bag. Ihope it's big enough for all of my stuff (能装得下)!
essentials生活必需品toiletries化妆品I only have room(放得下) to pack the essentials.Just a few pairs of jeans some nice shirtsa few pairs of comfy shoes and a bag of toileries.

533. Check a Bag ( Jun 10 ,2014)
关于行李check abag 托运行李I'm headedhome to visit my parents in Ohio this weekend!And I just found out that I needto bring a lot more stuff than I originally planned to bring. I think I'm gonnaneed to check a bag.
everything but the kitchen sink一大堆乱七八糟的东西I am so bad at packinglight!I usually pack everything but the kitchen sink.
prepared for anything做好充分准备That's how I roll.我就是这样 I like to be prepared for anything.What if we go shopping(万一我要去购物呢)? I need an outfit(衣服) for that .And what if we go out to dinner with friend thatnight?That requires another outfit! I gonna be prepared foranything!That's how I roll.

534. Sleepy! ( Jun 11 ,2014)
时差反应Sleepy 困 I just got home from a really longtrip in China and I have really bad jet lag(时差).I'm so aleepy!
tired累 Nothing I can do一点办法都没有I start feeling really tired around 5pm!And then I wake up reallyearly at 4am. There's nothing I can do!
yawn打哈欠 I just gotta force myself to stay awake a little bit latertomorrow night. OMG I can't stop yawning!

由于工作上各种忙碌和各种压力，有好一段时间没有好好学习OMG了，是我的错。
今天看到了很久以前有同样的OMG的爱好者给我留言，内心很开心，决定晚上回去继续努力fighting我的OMG，遇到好的东西我会继续贴出来，希望能帮到越来越多的英语爱好者，大家一起努力啊

英语是一个长期战斗，如果我们自己都不鼓舞自己，自己都不努力加油，相信英语真的不能学好，尤其是我们这种完全没有任何语言环境的人，难度自然比其他人也要大很多，如果三天打鱼两天上网的话，浪费的不仅仅是时间和机会，而且最容易打击信息，很多时候放弃是对自己的一种自我否定。我宁愿接受失败，也不愿意接受放弃或者被放弃

周末时间，不学习英语的话，对我我来说时间是不是一种浪费呢？
