Lady Gaga has debunked internet speculation that she's pregnant with her first child.

Mother Monster decided to respond to rumors about changes in her body during a sold out Cheek to Cheek show at Concord Pavilion. "People have been wondering if I'm pregnant," Gaga told the crowd. "I say to them, 'No, I'm not, I'm just fucking almost 30."

Back in 2013, Gaga told Sirius XM listeners: "I want to have tons of kids, actually. I think at least three. I really want to have a family and I really want to nurture my children. To be honest, having my own kids will be like having three little monsters with me all the time. They probably won't be fans, in fact they'll probably hate my music, who knows."
"I love being Mother Monster too," she added. "That's my first job right now and pretty happy with it."
