The former goalkeeper of Valencia CF, Santiago Cañizares, has been accused by Judge Pablo Mendoza (holder of the magistrate No. 3 Eivissa) in the case of 'The Witch' and will have to declare as such in the case made after a dozen complaints from women who claim to have been sexually abused by the accused (Thomas A. 'The Witch') when they were aged between 11 and 22 years.

Supercar According to the newspaper yesterday ahead Balearic 'last minute' in its digital edition, the complaint comes after at least one of the complainants had included the name of the goalkeeper as a person who was expressly invited by the accused to maintain and consummate sexual intercourse with her on occasion, which does not imply that the retained. Cañizares, however, has no obligation to move along with their lawyers to the island to declare, as it may enable it to a court instruction in Valencia for this purpose if required.
According to the complainants, 'The Witch', apart from abusing directly from them, convinced as they were subjected to psychological treatment for its supposed to be cited or were with men, which he could help them in their recovery. That, however, does not mean that these men were aware of the mental state of women or their status as minors.
According to the rotary Balearic addition, the judge in charge of the case, prior to the complaint, had collected information that placed Santiago Cañizares at parties that organized 'The Witch' on the island of Ibiza, which already took him to be quoted testify as a witness in the case a few months ago.
Another footballer involved?
Some of the youths involved complained to the judge how the accused, posing as psychologist, INTERMED including footballers and two first division (of which have not transcended the names) to maintain sexual relations. In addition, as anticipated 'Diario de Ibiza' last July 6, 2007, one of the first details that transcend in the early stages of the judicial investigation was that the luxury car he was driving 'The Witch' was the name of one of those two footballers as well as some of the girls who complained at the time constraints of 'The Witch' to have sex with him are living in the Valencia region.
The first acts for which was reported to 'The Witch' go back to for over eleven years, while the last could have been produced at the end of 2006, just a couple of months before the arrest and imprisonment in income 'The Witch'.
The prosecution wants to 'The Witch' was also charged with a crime of pimping, since some of the testimony of the complainants claim that forced them to have sex with some personal customers to whom he served as a psychologist and later regalaba them the services of one or more girls. In addition, they also have denounced their activities galore, as usual practice was allegedly recruiting new 'patients' related to those that already had and that, little by little, I was getting information later used to in dealing with new to earn trust.
The hearing of El Brujo has no definite date yet, although earlier, the statement will come before Judge Santi Cañizares, which need not be in Ibiza.
