Frommy frequent visits to China, I can see they have many problems in the country;one of which is healthcare. Beside the high costs of treatment, qualifieddoctor & staff shortages, run down facilities, etc, they really need to dosomething about the systems. And that includes proper security barring visitorsafter visiting hours.
As a saying which goes, "Rome is not built in one day" & sinceChina is many times bigger than Rome, it will definitely take many"days" before they can get things done properly in a systemicallyway. And mind you, that is only ONE of the problems. They still got severalother equally or bigger problems to rectify.
Conclusion: Good luck.
[/copy]
