央行发布货币政策执行报告 提出六条货币政策思路
1.综合运用多种货币政策工具，加强和改善宏观审慎管理，优化政策组合，保持适度流动性，实现货币信贷和社会融资规模合理增长。
2.盘活存量、优化增量，支持经济结构调整和转型升级。
3.进一步推进利率市场化和人民币汇率形成机制改革，提高金融资源配置效率，完善金融调控机制。
4.完善金融市场体系，切实发挥好金融市场在稳定经济增长、推动经济结构调整和转型升级、深化改革开放和防范金融风险方面的作用。
5.深化金融机构改革，通过增加供给和竞争改善金融服务。
6.有效防范系统性金融风险，切实维护金融体系稳定。

简而言之就是说，非农数据表现的很符合预期，也与美国当前经济形势一致，所以是一个好数据，而加息则是为了防止美国经济过热，得到了非农数据以后应该是更能帮助美联储的小耶伦下决策吧 。
下面贴一下加息的作用：
加息就是加利率，利率上升根据费雪（Fisher）效应通货膨胀率就会上升，达到美联储的2%的水平 。另外通胀率上升就导致真实借款成本上升所以会导致贷款收紧，也就是抑制经济过热，防危及。

Surprise devaluation of the yuan wrong-footed investors, meanwhile it's welcomed by IMF and cautiously by the U.S. Treasuty while the politicians regarded it as a "currency war";
The central rate had been marked 1.9 and 1.6 percent lower respectively;
The bank sold dollars and limited the purchases of the greenback, meanwhile it called a news conference;

PBOC Assistant Governor said that renminbi would return to the appreciation and be stable at a reasonable equilibrium level;
In Thursday trade the yuan stabilized while the offshore renminbi also gained ground;
Some experts thought the decline would be continued while others thought the volatility was over;
