Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to inform you of a suspicious activity started by a Chinese agency COTEL which is aiming at overseas education.
The agents of COTEL told students who sat in the exams of2015 May/June session to give their UCAS ID, name and phone number to COTEL so that the students could get their scores on 8.9 (Well, originally the agents said they could phone the students about the results on 8.8.) And, the most importantly, the whole service is for free.
Many of us do wonder how they could possibly get the results earlier and why they provided such kind service to us. The most strange part for me is that is there any way for the exam board to release candidates' personal details and their marks? It is totally unfair for the other candidates who have to get their scores on 8.11. Furthermore, I do think that it is still illegal for the agency to obtain our personal details in this way. (And at the present we have no idea about theauthenticity of the marks provided by the agency.)
I hope you can check and ensure the security of the candidates' information. And please do not make this sort of thing happen again.
Yours sincerely,
