Donor Services Assistant (6-month Contract) - Ref: DSA0608
Major responsibilities:
To process and administer donation transactions in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
To maintain and update donor database, including data input tasks
Support all clerical duties within team
Requirements:
Secondary education with more than 1 year working experience
Accurate and efficient data entry; attentive to details, organised
Proficient in both English typing (40 wpm) and Chinese typing (15 wpm)
Able to work independently
Ability to work under pressure and to respect deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility and willing to work overtime
Good spoken and written English and Chinese
